Celebrating 50 years in the Brisbane community, Olympus Cheese are Australian made and owned, preservative-free cheese producers based a short distance from the airport in Coorparoo.
Using recipes passed from generation to generation and made largely by hand, it’s hard to go past the freshness of their signature products including ricotta, fetta and hand-folded halloumi.
