Please note that if you use a lemon skin, you confirm that you can eat it.
Sours are mixed drinks containing a base liquor such as vodka and shochu, citrus fruit juice, and a sweetener. I used "HOUSHOUJYU" lemons made in SAGA prefecture in Japan.
This lemon is grown with a little pesticides, so you can eat this lemon with skin.
