Dessert Ideas for a Bake Sale, Fundraiser, Auction, or JUST BECAUSE

Today I am sharing some fun cake pop making with my family. My kids decided to make cake pops to sell for a benefit to help raise money. I thought I would share that process along with some other desserts to help give you an idea of things you could make for a bake sale, fundraiser, or whatever event you may need!

Cake Pops-
1 cake mix of your choice
1 icing of your choice
some chocolate for dipping
Make cake according to box. Crumble and add 2 generous tablespoons of icing, mix until you can form balls. Add balls to wax paper lined sheets and freeze for 30 minutes. Remove from freezer and decorate as you wish!

No Bake Cookies
1 stick butter
1/2 Cup milk
2 Cup sugar
3 TBSP cocoa powder
1 TSP vanilla
1/2 Cup peanut butter
3 Cup Oats

Bring butter, milk, sugar, cocoa powder to a boil. Reduce heat and stir in vanilla, peanut butter, then oats. Spoon out or dump into dish and let set up.


Peanut Butter Pie
1 8oz tub cool whip
3/4 block cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
1 Cup confectioners sugar
1 Cup peanut butter
2 TBSP milk
1 graham crust

Beat cream cheese and peanut butter together. Add in all other ingredients and mix until well combined. Dump into graham cracker crust and refrigerate.
