Описание: Are you curious about the IDOL courses Academy? You heard that the program includes mentoring, but you're not sure how it works?

IDOL mentors are Academy Members that have reached their IDOL goals and now host weekly office hours to give back to new Academy members. We encourage every member to become part of a mentor's accountability group, but they can join any session if they have urgent questions. In our last cohort, we had 17 mentors scheduled at different times, spread out over the week, except Sunday.

In our new ‘Ask an IDOL’ series, we asked Moe Ash, Learning Architect and IDOL mentor, to answer 3 questions about mentoring in the Academy from his perspective.
