The S100 is one of the cheapest Android projectors you can buy right now — often selling for just $40–50 — and on paper, it almost sounds too good to be true. Android built-in, HDMI and USB ports, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, a built-in speaker, and support for 1080p and even 4K video files.

But as always, specs don’t tell the full story.

In this TechMishka review, I take a deep, honest look at what the S100 actually delivers in real-world use. From projection quality and brightness limitations, to fan noise, speaker performance, Android software quirks, and even security concerns — this video shows exactly what you’re getting… and what you’re not.

The S100 is a very entry-level projector with a native 720p resolution, low brightness, and basic optics. It works best in a fully dark room, at short projection distances, and for viewers who aren’t overly sensitive to sharpness or pixels — such as kids, casual movie nights, or first-time projector users.

What makes it interesting is the price. At roughly one-tenth the cost of proper portable projectors like XGIMI MoGo or Nebula Capsule, it does enough to be usable — while clearly showing its limits.
