Описание: On February 28, 2019 the State Agriculture Development Committee (SADC) offered a workshop as part of the "Farmland for the Next Generation" project in collaboration with American Farmland Trust to help beginning and aspiring farmers understand how to secure land through leasing and purchasing. Participants learned the elements of a good lease and what to consider when leasing; reviewed purchasing options; identified the steps in securing a lease or purchasing land; and practiced strategies for successful negotiation.
