Today I show you how to make easy korean bbq beef short ribs using a pressure cooker, these beef short ribs were marinated in korean bbq bulgogi marinade. This recipe was absolutely delicious and easy, it is tender, fall off the bone and flavorful because i seasoned it with all my favorite spices. I started out by browning the beef short ribs then i add the bulgogi marinade, thyme and fresh garlic. These beef short ribs were cooked in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes and then glazed with the au jus and the broiled for 5 minutes.
