On-court fitness with resistance bands is one of the most effective ways to boost tennis performance.
By adding controlled resistance to movement, players improve speed, stability, footwork, core strength & explosive power - all directly transferable to match situations. Small details like stronger first steps, better balance when hitting on the run and improved rotational strength can make a big difference on the court.
