After pivoting from a 22-year career in tenant representation, where she led multimilliondollar office transactions around the globe, Rhea rapidly expanded her own investment portfolio—acquiring and syndicating the capital raise for a 20-room boutique hotel, purchasing a 34-unit mobile home park, and building a diverse mix of short- and long-term rentals using creative financing strategies and other innovative structures. She also scaled a seven-figure land business and launched her own private lending firm, deploying capital with precision.

Today, Rhea leads DekaCapital Partners and co-founded Synqara, a platform designed to bring underwriting, bookkeeping, and data analytics under one roof. In 2024, she and her husband successfully exited their five-location concierge medical practice through a private equity sale—an achievement that marks just the beginning of her next chapter.
