Now I understand why I always wake up on the floor...

Dreams are created by night, and lived by day. People say that only in dreams can one be free, but that's not true. Not even dreams are that powerful. They appear without asking, they tell stories that we could have never told. Some dreams disappear forever, some stay still by the side of our bed.

Sometimes we take those dreams, and decide to pursue them, out of spite, of curiosity, of will. Of necessity. Our lives are fuled by them, or else we wouldn't get by. Reality is not enough.

What a sad thing it is to remember that some dreams can become nightmares, and even those we found so bright, and huge enough to chase after them, can turn eventually into wolves that will hunt us down.

Who said we had to run after the same dream forever, anyway? Who says we can't revive the ones we let die? Are we even chasing our own dreams, or someone else's ghosts?

Dreams guide us through our path, but sometimes their light fades away. No choice is the right one, but we then have to decide to keep walking, or search for a new one.

Remember though; the night will always come in the end, and we will have a new chance to close our eyes, and lose ourselves into the unknown.

Knowing that, any risk is worth taking.
