Basis Step (Rright and Left)
V Step
L Step
3 Knee Repeater
Leg Curls
Knee Lifts
Kicks
Over The Top
Straddle The Bench
Lunges
Turn Step
Chu Chu Push
Stretching
It is recommeded that you do cardio exercise for at least 20 minutes a day. And to do strength training at least one day a week but two days a week would be better with at least 48 hours of rest in between. Aslo do not forget the importance of stretching. You should strech out before and after each workout.
