STOP DOING RUSSIAN TWISTS LIKE THIS. ❌
Russian twists are great but often done improperly.
Avoid making these 2 common mistakes:
❌ Moving your entire body side to side
❌ Rushing trough the movement
Instead:
✅ lift your legs a few inches off the ground
✅ Sit tall - Chest up, shoulders back, spine neutral.
✅ Lean back slightly - About 45°
✅ aim to keep your feet together side by side
✅ keep your core tight at all times
✅ Twist from side to side, just using your obliques
