Step-By-Step Shark Plush!

Описание: In this video I create a plush shark stuffed animal from scratch. This was a fun project and would make great gift for anyone who loves plush sea creature toys. I start with my custom self-made paper pattern as a guide and use that to cut out the pieces I need from fabric. For this shark I've decided to go with a medium color blue on the top and a light blue on the bottom, with white for the teeth, and black for the eyes. I use all anti-pill fleece and color matching thread. After everything is cut, I glue down the eyes and teeth with Fabri-Tac to keep them in place while I sew them on. Next part is sewing it all together. I start with the eyes and teeth because it's just easier to attach them at this stage. Then I sew the two bottom halves together but I leave a hole in the middle with a long string of thread to help stuff and finish at the end. Next I sew the top two halves together and each fin part together. Now that I have all my pieces it is time to sew all the parts together. I use plastic clips because I find them easier to work with and safer for making toys, it ensures there won't be any pins left behind. After I marry the top and bottom I can invert the whole skin through the hole I left in the belly. After that I fill the void with polyester fiberfill. I use Polyfill brand because it gives me the best "squish" factor. Next I sew the hole closed with the thread I left, and the final step is to attach a Plushzilla tag to the fin. All done!

I think this one turned out great. Really love the colors of this cute little baby shark. It's very round and perfect for hugging and squeezing. Hope you enjoyed watching.
