We're back in my Calabria hometown, Southern Italy and today we cook an amazing Carbonara, a staple of Italian cuisine. We do this by using the freshest ingredients, starting from fresh eggs, to perfect guanciale and using some high quality "spaghetto quadrato", one of my absolute favourite types of pasta. If you love a good plate of Carbonara, try to follow the recipe shown in the video, you will love the results!
