Strategic plan 2025–29

Описание: 'Victoria is fair' – that's the vision that underpins our new 'Strategic plan 2025–29', which will guide our work for the years ahead.

To develop the plan, we consulted widely with our people, the community and our stakeholders. This vision distils our aspiration for a fair Victoria where human rights are protected and promoted; people are kept at the centre of decision making; and public bodies are open and accountable.

To bring this vision to life, the plan also introduces four strategic themes to focus our efforts:
— Our prevention: Proactive education and engagement
— Our oversight: Independent and considered approach
— Our communities: Trusted and effective services
— Our people and systems: A capable and future-focused organisation.

We’ll continue working closely with the community and the public sector to better understand Victorians’ changing needs and expectations, and respond to emerging issues.
