Описание: It’s time to go- across the island for the December 2025 Wildwoods Construction Update!

Each month, we take you behind the construction fences and down the Boardwalk to see every major project happening across Wildwood, North Wildwood, and Wildwood Crest.

It is fully winter right now with snow still on the ground as we dive into writing this description (I filmed this just two days before the snow came down)

Construction across the island is booming again. Some of these projects are brand new, while others are entering their final stages.

• Old Ivanhoe Motel – becoming five new single-family homes
• North Wildwood Boardwalk Reconstruction Project – first phase begins
• Wild Resort – construction is moving quickly on this
• Morey’s Piers Giant Wheel – renovation in progress
• Wildwood Sign Beach Balls Renovation
