We got a nice lineup today guys! Very excited to bring you more Mario Kart Fan Music/Retro Remasters. If you want to know what i'm currently working on next, visit my Discussion board! Watch to the end to learn what courses I selected if you don't wanna go find it on my Discussion Board.

Since SNES is a snow level, I wanted to play with some more snow friendly instrumentation. If I learned anything from Band class, strings and snow go together but at the same time, I didn't want to overpower the traditional feel of the song so I used Native Instruments Discovery Series Cuba to supply the more Latin elements which adds to the nostalgia of Super Mario Kart. As I was going, I started being able to image what this stage would look like in Mario Kart 8.

The background is actually underneath Mario Kart 8's SNES Rainbow around the lake. Everything is nearly frozen over as the player drives on snow. It's isn't dark but about twilight in scenery and has a light blue/green aurora in the distance. Like Mario Kart 8's Sherbet Land, some areas allow you to travel underwater as a shortcut. If you wanna talk anti-gravity, the Lake under SNES Rainbow Road has some hills around it so they could put a gravity section around one of the hills.
