This backwards body isolation can hurt the follow if not executed well by the follow, and/or not led well and supported by the leader!
We decided to break down this Sensual Bachata move because Emma has been on the receiving end of rough leads, and we also wanted to teach the follows how to they can train to support their back and spine. Following isn't just feeling and following, it also requires your own thinking and training!
