Описание: In this video I talk about Morgan Silver Dollars as they pertain to coin collecting and numismatics as well as in regards to silver stacking. This is my Morgan Silver Dollar Basics video. I talk about morgan silver dollars value and how you can start a morgan silver dollar collection. The morgan silver dollar history starts in 1878 when the first morgan dollar was minted. Many Morgans were melted down in 1918 because of the Pitman act. Today morgan silver dollar grading is a big part of collecting and coming up with a value. I recommend buying the "Red Book" for looking up value. The Morgan silver dollars worth money are the CC mint or Carson City minted ones as well as some of the key dates that I mention in this video. Most of the ones that I have are from 1921 as that is the most common date and cheapest ones to buy. Each Morgan has .7734 ounces of silver which makes them great for silver stacking. Morgans are 90% silver and 10% copper. I hope my video can help you understand a little more about morgan dollars and their value!
