Cardio workouts don`t have to be long and boring to be effective. They can be short, manageable, and actually enjoyable, and you can get REAL RESULTS! But you've got to stay consistent to see true and lasting results!
This workout is only 10 minutes and doesn't require any equipment at all. If any of the moves are too challenging, walk on the spot to keep your heart rate up. This is an energetic cardio session - easy to perform at home, without any complicated moves. Sweaty low impact cardio session you can use for calorie burn, weight loss and toning. No jumping cardio aerobics!
