One of the coolest shinies I've ever found in the wild. I've had this on my radar for quite some time now and to finally box it off is quite special. Starmie is one of my all-time favourite Pokemon and its shiny is S tier. I can't get enough of these wild evolved shinies in Gen 5. They're very special.
On the third phase with a total of 30,148 encounters and an average of 10,049 per shiny for this target. I'd much rather get a 20% on the third phase and have the average be higher than it should be. Very lucky!
I'm not sure which will be the next target, possibly Ninetales but maybe not. See you soon for that one!
