About Dr. Tenia Davis:
Tenia Davis is a Human Resources and Recruitment expert with extensive experience serving in executive positions at large, high caliber companies such as HBR Consulting (HBR), Raise, iManage, Johnson Publishing Company, and HARPO productions (The Oprah Winfrey Show). Tenia has deep expertise in operational excellence, having successfully coordinated complex practices, standards, and regulations not only for talent acquisition and HR, but also for multiple departments of a large international corporation while also managing day-to-day administration. She recently served as the chief talent and administrative services officer at HBR Consulting (HBR), where she oversaw HBR’s talent, and administrative services functions. Tenia is currently the Chief People Officer at NORC at the University of Chicago.
