1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup molasses
1/4 cup water
1 egg white
2 3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp all spice
