Die ‪@MaschinenbauStrunk‬ GmbH aus Langenbach hat ihr Werkzeugmanagement nahezu vollständig digitalisiert. Im Einsatz sind ein HAIMER Microset Voreinstellgerät, die Werkzeugverwaltung WinTool und das Ausgabesystem Toolbase.

Werkzeuge werden exakt vermessen, mit Sollwerten abgeglichen und direkt in WinTool dokumentiert. So entstehen digitale Zwillinge, die jederzeit zeigen, wo sich ein Werkzeug befindet und welche Standzeit es hat. Durch die Anbindung an CAD CAM und ERP wird mit realen Werkzeugdaten programmiert. Das erhöht die Prozesssicherheit und macht das Rüsten effizienter.

• Stabilere Abläufe in der Fertigung
