We cannot stress enough the importance of “treatments” to maintain your healthy hair. During the colder months we make a point of committing to at least once a week deep conditioning our hair to prevent any damage the cold weather may bring. Each week on a Tuesday throughout the colder months we will showcase a type of treatment either a Deep Conditioner, a Mask, a hot oil treatment or any other treatment that will benefit our viewers.
