In this demo I show you a full Laravel + Vue project that helps real estate agencies automate their video marketing — turning local news into personalized marketing videos and auto-publishing them to Telegram channels (and other socials). This system allows realtors to make manual marketing videos or adjust their account settings to let it automatically create and publish videos from personalized news for them.

• Pulls fresh local news & personalizes it for each agency/property
• Generates voice-over with LocalAI (self-hosted TTS + text generation)
• Creates professional videos using FFmpeg
• Manual creation mode + fully automated

AI: LocalAI (local LLM + TTS, no OpenAI costs/privacy issues)
