Описание:
Fluffy meringue clouds flavored with vanilla and rum! Delicious!
4 eggs separated.
Whip eggs with a cap of vanilla and rum extract ( Optional ).
Spray an oven safe pan with non- stick spray.
Make cloud shaped meringues nests with a divot in the center for the yoke.
Place the nests in a 3:50 F oven for approximately 5 minutes.
Take meringues out and drop yokes in the middle of each meringue.
Place back in the oven for approximately 5 minutes until yokes are cooked to a safe temperature.
Makes 4 meringues but honestly it’s a light dish so some may want 2.
