Описание: We left Nuku Hiva in some squally weather, , but then had a great sail to the Tuamotus. Only had time to explore Fakarava atoll and it didn’t disappoint! Entered in the North pass and left a few days later via the South pass. Dived the South pass with Topdive and was fantastic. It was about a week before the first full moon of July, when thousands of Sharks gather in the pass waiting for the grouper fish to spawn. At night, it is apparently a feeding frenzy a la grouper, although the sharks (and grouper) were very chilled during our dive - thankfully! The bit we saw of the Tuamotu’s was truly stunning and we were fortunate to have sublime weather
