SWORKIT is an app we like to use in our elementary PE class during transition times between classes and activities.I have uploaded this screencast of the free stretching app you can download in both Itunes app store and Google play store. We usually use the app, but this screenshot can be added to playlists for substitutes that may not know how to operate the apps between activities.
