Our journey starts at Dinamo 🏟️ Stadium which is on Alexei Sciusev street. It was built in 1945 and is characterized by its soviet (stalinist) era architecture. At the moment, renovations are being carried out to enhance its delapidated state for public use. It is a rare surviving example of its kind, because many soviet stadiums have been renovated or demolished. On the side of it along Lazo street we can admire a mural, a modern street art.
After we cross ❌ the jonction, we are moving onto Alexei Sciusev street, a soviet architecture who worked and lived in Chisinau. We are going to walk the street all the way through in order to admire the plentitude of cafés, bars, 🍺 restaurants and hotels, and an eye 👁️ appealing architecture combined with golden autumn 🍁 leaves on the pavement.
