I had the privilege of attending the launch of Dr. Anshul Gupta’s latest book, The Corporate Spirituality. Having read her previous work, The Spiritual Indian Corporate: Ideal Workspace Redefined, I was deeply impacted by its insights, which significantly enhanced various aspects of my life. Naturally, I was eager to discover what her newest book had to offer—and it certainly did not disappoint!
A thought-provoking panel discussion, featuring an accomplished group of industry leaders and experts, was a highlight of the event. The discussion brought to light many challenges faced by successful organizations and explored how they can be addressed with a spiritual and compassionate approach.
The panel comprised Ophealia deRoze, Human Potential Evangelist and Business Consultant; Aniruddha Khekale, CHRO, Waaree Group; Manoj Kumar Sharma, CHRO, Ambuja Cements Ltd; and Dr. Anshul Gupta herself—Author, Researcher, and Consultant. The session was moderated by Rajesh Kamath, Co-founder of Chiranjeev Gurukul.
The book provides remarkable insights into corporate spirituality, showcasing case studies of how organizations have successfully implemented these principles to enhance productivity and mindfulness in the workplace.
