Today I will share with you the most delicious recipe for roast in a pot, cooked in the oven!
Ingredients:
0.6lb potatoes
0.6 lb pork
0.4 lb carrots
0.4 lb onions
0.4 lb mushrooms (champignons)
2 slices of tomato
2 spoons of sour cream
3 garlic cloves
0.22 lb cheese
salt, pepper to taste
Cut the potatoes into large cubes and fry until half cooked. Transfer to pots. Pork cubes and fry from 2 sides until golden brown for 2 minutes - just put in a pot. Fry the vegetables until golden brown and put in a pot. Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry in a pan for several minutes.
We put a slice of tomato on the mushrooms, a couple of tablespoons of sour cream and cheese on top. We close the pot and send it to the oven for 1 hour. Enjoy your meal
