BURONG HIPON ( Fermented SHRIMP & RICE)
3 to 5 cups Cooked rice
1 lb Shrimp wash and clean
2 to 3 tbsp Kosher salt 🧂
Mix all together and fermentation period 15 to 20 days
SAUTE : AFTER 15 to 20 days
1/4 cup Olive oil
1 pc. Onion 🧅
1/4 cup chopped ginger 🫚
3 tbsp Crushed 🧄
1 pc big size Tomato 🍅
Salt if needed
Saute all the ingredients then add the fermented shrimp and rice
Shelf life: 1 week w/ out refrigerator
1 month in Refrigerator
You can store in freezer
