Indian-born British composer and producer ‪@cephas.azariah‬ first landed on Reflections back in 2021, joining the third emerging artist series alongside the likes of För Alltid and Nils Hoffmann, with his composition 'Table Cloth'.

Cephas quickly became a standout artist on the label with his remarkable ability to capture the emotional essence of personal tales through composition and arrangement. Going on to reveal his first EP 'Lunar Tides', deliver a stunning ambient rework of Cubicolor's 'Machine Keys' and release a collaborative EP 'if I can be honest' with Billboard #1 singer-songwriter Elle Limebear.

Over the years, Cephas has gone from strength to strength, and recently revealed the first single 'Kintsugi' from his highly anticipated debut album 'Joy Paradox', due October 21.

”This project is a summary of thirty years of life, and a realisation that you can't have good things without sacrifice” Cephas says. “Achieving success takes a certain level of suffering, and that’s the paradox of joy.”
