In a village near Muzaffarpur, Bihar, we met young women enrolled in skill-based courses under Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM).
These girls openly shared their experiences, struggles, and aspirations.

They spoke about:

limited exposure and career awareness,
family and social restrictions,
financial challenges,
and how skill training is slowly building confidence, independence, and self-respect.

This video shows a shift in mindset —
from “sirf degree” to “skill-based career”,
from hesitation to hope.
