If you aren't local to Aquidneck Island like I am, you might think that the only thing that's there is the costal vacation destination that is Newport, RI. If that's the case, then there might be a few things you don't know about Rhode Island's historic namesake. This video takes a brief look into the island as a whole, as well as some of my personal anecdotes from growing up there over the past 20 years.
