For dhokla:
Besan / Gram Flour - 1 cup (150 gms)
Semolina/ Suji / Rava - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Powdered Sugar - 1.5 tbsp
Ginger - 1 inch (grated)
Green Chilli - 1(finely chopped)
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Water - 3/4 cup
For tadka:
Oil - 1 tbsp
Black Mustard Seeds / Rai/ sarson - 1/2 tsp
Green chilli - 2 (slit)
Curry Leaves - 7-8
Water - 1cup
Sugar - 2.5 tbsp or as per taste
Lemon juice - 1
