Mocha Cream Cake
In a bowl, beat 5 egg whites with 5 tablespoons of sugar.
Add the beaten egg yolks to the mix.
Add 3/4 cup of flour and 1/4 cup of cornstarch.
Add 2 tablespoons of chocolate and 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes at 170 degrees, let it cool.
Beat 500 grams of cream in a bowl with 3/4 cup of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Then we add 2 full tablespoons of coffee and beat until stiff peaks form.
We cut the cake into 4 layers and fill each one with the mocha cream and soak each layer with coffee.
We cover and decorate the cake to your liking.
