CJ-Optik Flexion is an innovative dental microscope for use in the field of endodontics and general dentistry. The Flexion is the world’s first microscope with integrated LED illumination for use with a 4K DSLM camera, an iPad port and a medical monitor with power supply from the microscope. Thanks to the MonoGlobe balancing system, the microscope head can be set in all positions with little effort and delivers a perfect workflow.

Microscopes have been used in dentistry for around 25 years. They originated out of other medical fields such as ENT, MaxFax and Oral Surgery.

The Flexion is the first dental microscope that has specifically been designed for the needs of general dentists. Unlike other microscopes the Flexion is not just an ‘Endo’ bit of kit, but easy to integrate into all aspects of dentistry.

1. High intensity, fanless, built-in and colour corrected LED light source provides brilliant (5500k) pure white light for optimal viewing and photography. Further to this, there are no delicate fibre-optic cables that easily break or become entangled

2. Beam Splitter with 30 degree incline and rear photo tube port for optimal ergonomics and near perfect symmetrical balance

3. An incredible VarioFocus lens with a 200mm-350mm working distance, plan-apochromatic corrected optics and built-in, removable lens protector

4. Our unique and patented MonoBall coupling allows fluid and smooth repositioning at all angles without having to loosen and retighten knobs whilst doing so

5. The Flexion’s rotation plate allows the user to remain in an upright and ergonomic position (head upright to the binoculars) whilst the microscope is angled right or left
