The Tehran Art Market (formerly Parvaneh Market) is open every Friday. Just get off at Haghani Metro Station. It's next to the Book Garden! This is a treasure trove of antiques, relics, unique crafts, artworks (sometimes with the artist present), handmade clothes, and local foods. Amidst the excitement of the vendors and visitors, the sounds of street music and the vibrant colors offer an authentic experience of the contrast between modernity and tradition. I have a feeling this video is going to blow up!
