Vanilla sugar 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil 60 ml - 1/4 cup
Milk 100 ml - 1/2 cup
All purpose flour 200 gm - 1 cup + 2/3 cup
Baking powder 10 gm- 1 tbsp
Banana 1
Raisins 1/2 cup
Grease the pan size 22 cm with butter and flour
Sprinkle sugar
Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 50-55 minutes
