How to Unhide Missing Scrollbars in Excel.

They are
1. Using the Keyboard Shortcut alt + F + T to display the excel options dialogue box.
2. Select Advanced from the drop down menu. This displays the advanced options dialogue box.
3. Scroll down to the 7th option which is "Display Options For This Workbook".
4. Check the boxes labeled; show horizontal scroll bars, show vertical scroll bars.
5. Press OK to effect the changes.
