Hey there rock family 👋,
I went out to my old hounding grounds to do it again. My back and neck pain has been ramping up, and after a few days of constant radiating pain, I was going a little loco. Pain brain gets in the way of my words, actions, and demeanor so I needed some medicine that only mother nature, or great spirit, can provide.
Only out for an hour to walk and relieve some pain.
Did it work?
Did nature help revitalize me?
Did I find a couple cool rocks?
Yes, to all of that. I'm blessed to have a wonderful location just 15 minutes from my home to help me through these moments.
Remember to take your time in nature to heal the things that feel broken, both physically, mentally, and emotionally.
