Recipe Ingredients :
1. Nachos Preparation : 00:17
Farali Flour / Vrat Ka atta - 1cup
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Baking Soda - 2 pinch
Water - 1/3 cup
Oil - for deep frying
2. Sago Starch Preparation : 04:01
Sabudana / Tapioca pearls - 3 Tbsp
Note : Grind until turns fine flour and sieve it to get starch from flour.
3. White Sauce Preparation : 04:27
Unsalted Butter - 1 medium size cube
Whole milk - 300 ml (1 cup + 1/4 cup)
Sabudana Starch - 2 Tbsp
Sugar - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
4. Farali Nachos serving : 06:18
Note : You may add veggies quantity as per preference
Nachos - 1 bowl
Chopped Tomato - 1 medium size
Green Capsicum - 1 tbsp
Black olives - 3 or 4
Chilli flakes - sprinkle as per taste
Oregano - Sprinkle as per taste
Hot White sauce - 2 ladle
Green Chilli - optional
