In this tutorial, I will show you a number of exercises you can practice using the yoga wheel to strengthen and stabilise your core. Check out this video to take your practice to the next level.
The yoga wheel is a circular shaped hollow object that is a wonderful prop to have as part of your yoga kit. There are so many ways that you can use the yoga wheel to support you on your journey, but many of us aren't sure how to make the most of the wheel. This is a yoga prop that offers support and challenge to all levels of yogis.
Some postures we will look at includes:
