Sachin Bhartiya is a Co-Founder and Partner at Lighthouse Funds, a leading mid-market consumer and healthcare private equity firm in India.
Sachin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Kolkata University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI, India.
The firm started in 2007 and currently manages about a billion dollars of assets across funds and has invested in over 35 companies.
Lighthouse’s marquee investments include leading Indian brands like Bikaji Foods, Nykaa, Duroflex, Fabindia, Ferns N Petals, Kama Ayurveda, Poly Medicure, and Wow! Momo, among others.
Sachin currently sits on the boards of several companies, namely Bikaji Foods, India’s second largest ethnic snacks company and Dhanuka Agritech, one of the largest agro-chemical company in India.
Previously, he held board positions at Shaily Engineering, a specialty manufacturing plastic product company; Unibic Foods, a premium cookie company; Suraksha Diagnostic, eastern India’s largest diagnostic chain; Indian Herbs, the largest herbal medicine and feed supplement company in India; and Stylam Industries, a leading building materials company, which have all been successfully exited.
