I've been wanting to share this ever since I found out about it, but I wanted to wait. From what I found out, this is from a radio show called "Dear Girl Stories". In this segment, Daisuke Ono and Hiroshi Kamiya are celebrating Daisuke's birthday by doing some karaoke. At least I think that's what was going on, I could be wrong.
