One of the ways I keep my agents focusing on the required logic is by asking them review my sources and create Mermaid diagrams. As new features are added, I will regularly prompt, "Review latest source changes and the diagrams, and make any needed updates to keep them in sync." It's a helpful and logical snapshot for my context window that can be reused, and it's helpful for me to visualize the architecture each day as I get back to work.
