Описание: John Hartson missed a last minute penalty as Rangers won the League Cup. Lorenzo Amoruso challenged Bobo Balde at the edge of the box and when the Celtic defender fell over, Kenny Clark gave Hartson the chance to take the match into extra-time. Thankfully, Hartson put the ball wide and goals from Claudio Caniggia and Peter Lovenkrands were enough for the win. Henrik Larsson had made it 2-1 with 30 minutes remaining but Celtic, who had Neil Lennon sent off after two red card offences in two minutes, could not find another goal.
