1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp sage
Batter
1/2 cup breading
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 cup water
